BOOKING YOUR TRIP

To book and confirm your travel arrangements with African S Capes please follow the following steps:

1. Deposit 2. Booking form3. Travel insurance

  1. Deposit — pay deposit. Deposit amounts will be advised upon booking. Please note that all deposit amounts are non refundable. Payment in full is due 75 days prior to departure date. Payment of a deposit indicates acceptance of our booking terms and conditions. Methods of payment are detailed below.
  2. Booking form — complete, sign and return our Booking Form along with your deposit. Before we can confirm your travel arrangements we will require you to read all of the Terms & Conditions as set out in our booking form. Completion and submission of this form serves as a confirmation that you have accepted the terms and conditions of booking. Your completed booking form must be received along with your deposit before we can confirm your travel arrangements. Please ensure all details on the booking form are correct as this form contains important information required by us to ensure the flawless execution of all your travel arrangements.
  3. Travel insurance — make arrangements for Comprehensive Travel Insurance. African S Capes strongly recommend that at the time of booking, you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover such things as loss of deposit through cancellation or changes; loss or damage to personal baggage and loss of money; medical expenses; additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should the holiday need to be extended or curtailed due to illness while overseas, or due to the need to return to Australia because of unexpected or unforeseen circumstances; and cancellation of transport services due to industrial action. It is also advisable to take out travel insurance at the time of paying your deposit, so that you have full cover from the commencement of confirming your travel arrangements. African S Capes would be happy to assist you with your travel insurance needs; however should you wish to make your own insurance arrangements you will need to provide us with a copy of your current and valid policy for our file.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

African S Capes accepts cash, credit card, cheque or direct deposit for tour payments.

Paying by cheque

Paying by credit card

Please not that all credit card payments attract a surcharge of 3%. To effect a credit card payment, please click on the following link to print a credit card authorisation form. Once you have completed the form please fax to our office (02) 9453 1301. (Do remember not to ever email your credit card details. Emails are not a secure means of communication.)

Paying by Direct Deposit

Direct deposit can be made in AUD to our Australian bank account. If you wish to pay by direct deposit please contact us directly for our bank account details (02) 9453 1374. Pease ensure that you carefully read and understand all the Terms & Conditions before making a payment
